A good location for a stress-free getaway in Fare, Huahine Beach House is an apartment surrounded by views of the garden. Really everything! Location is perfect. It’s right at a beautiful white sand beach with plenty snorkeling opportunities literally three meters away. A 200 meter stroll via the beach takes you to the village with a great restaurant (Métis), supermarket and a relaxed vibe. The owners give you all the privacy you, but are also helpful for instance lending their kayak or snorkeling mask. The apartment is spacious and comfortable with nice airco in the sleeping room and a nice outdoor kitchen and seating area overlooking the blue lagoon.

Coquette was so helpful, picking us up from the ferry and helping us with anything we needed. The cottage is really cute, AC and TV’s large and worked well. Bed comfortable. Kitchen great. BBQ outside. 10 mins walk to town, 200 yards to beach. Highly recommended.

Probably the nicest hosts I’ve ever had anywhere in my travels. Good location, 5min walk to the beach, 10min to the supermarket. Good kitchen, comfy bed, ac works, hot water, all in all excellent stay. Bonus for a mango tree on the yard!!

The house was spotlessly clean and had all the necessary amenities, including a washing machine. The house had two large bedrooms with were plenty of hang space and shelving. The kitchen had modern appliance and a full-size fridge-freezer. The shower was huge and most importantly there was plenty of hot water and the pressure was great. There is undercover parking for your vehicle. The house is located very close to the supermarket, lots of eating places, including a selection of roulettes as well as the Huahine Yacht Club where locals and visitors often head to enjoy Happy Hour, have something to eat and watch the sunset. The property has a sliding gate and is fenced all around affording privacy. When we were there it was very warm so the a/c was very much appreciated.

The bungalow was spacious, clean, modern, nicely appointed, and next to the ocean. It had a comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, and ceiling fans throughout. Also an outdoor shaded seating area with table and chairs, lovely. Nathalie was always available to answer questions and to help out. The loaner bikes were very kind, though really a car or motorbike is ideal for getting into Fare and around the island. We loved being so close to the water even if swimming is not really feasible — the reef is close here and the lagoon shallow. The beach is gorgeous anytime but especially for sunsets, and we even saw whales one evening. Altogether a delightful place and a wonderfully memorable stay! One thing to consider when booking is that you will reserve a specific bungalow — there are three, all different. So a review for one bungalow doesn’t reflect the reality of every bungalow, they all have different advantages. Great value for the price!!

Idylic plages around, decent room and facilities, airport transfer arranged by the hostess Christine, possibility to rent a bicycle or bike nearby - that is I needed and got here.

Our room was clean with nice air conditioning. Our hosts were incredible friendly throughout our 3 night stay. They picked us up and dropped us off at the airport, had a scooter for us to rent, and brought fresh bread and homemade jams every morning. Definitely received more than we expected for a budget accommodation. We really enjoyed the location, close to town but far enough away for it to be very calm. The island of Huahine is an underrated gem and totally worth a visit!
