I advise you to visit the beach in front of Simus Beach Hotel (at our time of arrival, in September, there were free sun beds). On the other side of the building there is a supermarket, very convenient. The apartments corresponded to the photos on the website. The owner was in touch and responded quite quickly to our questions.

Big,modern,clean and everything you need. Close to shops, restaurants and beach. We will definitely come back! The area is also very quiet, you can relax on the balcony in peace. I really like that apartment and I highly recommend especially for couples. Nice modern furniture, comfortable bed a lot of day light. Perfect location, quiet and calm but not far from restaurants and shops. Host is very kind, friendly and helpful. He will help with everything you need. Nothing to add I just can’t wait to be there again!

Nice, clean, and comfortable apartment. We stayed just one night, so we didn’t have the chance to see whether everything you might need for a longer stay was available. The children used the swimming pool and really enjoyed it.

The hosts are amazingly welcoming and helpful, we will be glad to come here again. We came with a baby and were met with not only a comfortable crib, but also some extra useful things. They also gave us some tips and helped to order food from a local place. The beach is walking distance and was almost empty.

The location is premium, taking the morning coffee looking at the see is much enjoyable and empties the head. (sea view from the kitchen and one of the bedrooms). The apartment has everything one needs, the beds were super comfy, climatization in every room (we used it very little but it's there if needed), spacious and bright living room/kitchen. The garden is very nice and chill, there is a swinging bench that is perfect to end the day. The hosts are wonderful, Penny and Ali are lovely people who are living in a beautiful house right next and are very helpful. To make grocery shopping the cheapest are BIM, A101 and Sok but those usually do not sell any alcohol, if you want beer/wine then you have to go to Carrefour or Migros. To eat there is plenty of choice, in front there is The Taste whom the owner is very friendly, you can order there and they will deliver to the door. For a less tourist vibe and more traditional and family atmosphere there is Kalimera in the little alley of Appolon sk., there you will be treated as if you were at a family dinner, you can tell you are not sure what you want to choose and the chef will propose you a bit of everything and put it all on the table like a royal dinner, the food is awesome and very cheap. Side is a one of a kind place, if one likes ancient civilizations then this is the place to go. And anywhere you go in Side, always say that you are with Ali and Penny!
