The convenience being in the same gated community as my daughter. The safety aspect was a big plus as well as the relatively quiet surroundings.

Villa 2811 Luxurious and Modern at Upmarket Golf and Beach Estate is a recently renovated villa in Marina Beach where guests can make the most of the garden and barbecue facilities. We loved everything. The interior design was immaculate and the house itself was accurately represented in the pictures we saw, perhaps even better. The bathrooms and scented diffusers were amazing.

I loved the easy self check in option, staff at the entrance of the building was friendly and helpful. The living space was modern and clean. Home is close to restaurants, park and another useful facilities.

The ACs were not dusty. The space was clean and had enough amenities to make our stay comfortable. Communication by the host was excellent and they would check in at every stage to confirm that we have arrived and settled in well. They also provided a clear step by step guide on how to access the space which made it easy for us to check in.
