We rented a beachfront cabin, so we were able to see the ocean from our room, bought bait onsite and did a little fishing off the fenced wall right outside our door. Not sure on public transport, but glad we had our car to get to shops and explore Bowen and surrounds. Cabin was comfortable and clean and a good size for 3

    This is our 2nd time staying in a studio apartment at Rose Bay Resort. It is very comfortable and clean with lots of room. It has a pool and undercover parking and is right on the beach front.

    The absolute beach front position. It's literally right on the beach. We had a ground floor apartment, so we stepped straight off our patio and across the grass onto the sand. Listening to the sounds of the ocean at night was divine.

    Staff were very friendly and accommodating to guests. The unit we stayed in was right on the beach which was so beautiful and amazing sunsets. Unit and the holiday park itself was very clean and suit what needed as a family of 4. Will definitely be back to stay.
