We rented this place last minute, it is a whole house with a nice backyard patio area. Key collection was super easy. The house is extremely well decorated. We only stayed one night, so the lack of A/C wasn't a huge deal as the night time cooled off quite a bit. Washing machine is a little hidden in the garage, and a huge drying rack is available as well.
