Everything has far exceeded our expectations, it went above and beyond what we expected. The hotel is very close to the beach. Fabulous view of the sea from the balcony. Breakfast every morning was delicious, with plenty of variety. The staff were amazing, so friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. And the room was cleaned every day to a really high standard, we really appreciated that. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to visit Crete 10/10.

The apartment was beautiful, clean, well equipped and had a private entrance. The owner is very friendly and the location of the property is great. It's located in a quiet area which made sitting outside very relaxing. The beach is very close and the city center is also not far.

The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the beatiful Sea of Crete. The view from the large balcony overlooked the ocean and the apartment had plenty of large doors letting in the sea breeze and light. There was also 2 balconies at the back of the apartment to hang washing or sit in the sun. Fabulous position to easily explore the historic cultural sites by foot. Cafes galore also within walking distance, as well as an excellent bakery and green grocer supermarket a street away. The morning and afternoon swims were so good, we did not want to leave!

We had a fantastic stay here and would highly recommend it. The room itself was one of the best we’ve ever stayed in—large, spacious, and with a phenomenal wraparound balcony (room 503). It came with a table and chairs, deck chairs, and even a day bed with side tables, making it perfect for relaxing day or night. The view was absolutely stunning. You’re right on the beachfront, and the sea is just metres from the hotel entrance. It’s incredibly convenient if you want to lounge on the beach or go for a swim. The hotel can even reserve sunbeds for you in advance, which is a lovely touch. The staff were so accommodating, even with our slightly awkward requests—they went above and beyond, including buying extra pillows just for us. Everyone we met was friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent too. There are loads of great places to eat nearby, and a well-equipped gym just around the corner, which we trained at. The gym owner was lovely. The Old Town is about a 10-minute walk away and well worth exploring—it’s full of character and more great food options. We especially appreciated how easy it was to get on and off the beach, as it’s not very deep. That meant we could nip back to the hotel for the loo or a quick break without any hassle. All in all, a brilliant stay with fantastic service, an unbeatable location, and an exceptional room. Highly recommend it—especially if you can get room 503!
