First and foremost the owner and the staff, words can't express how great these people are. They went above and beyond to take care of their guest. Assisting with public transportation and taxis, also rental cars and quads. They set the standards on how a hotel supposed to operate. The hotel is in an excellent location. The beach is less than a 2 minute walk. You can take the bus to Rhodes old Town directly in front of the hotel. You can take the bus to Lindos which is a 5 minute walk to the bus stop going to Lindos. Taxi stand is directly in front of the hotel. Plenty of restaurants, markets, bars on the party strip (usually quiet during the day and evenings). The breakfast is good eggs, bacon, toast, olives, fresh veggies and of course Greek yogurt. The rooms are cleaned every morning. In my opinion the rooms are of adequate size with air conditioning. I would definitely stay here again. I would reccomend anyone going to Faliraki to stay here 10/10.

We found this place based on the reviews. And we experienced why they were highly rates. The location was amazing. Having a tavern and sea beds in front of the hotel were great features for a relaxing holiday. We could order delicious meal anytime we wanted. The breakfast was delightful. The staff was super friendly, informative and accomodating. The room was spacious and clean. We will go back again for sure! Highly recommended :)

The owners (family business) are very friendly and made us feel like home! Whatever we needed, they were ready to help, and we are really appreciative of that!! Our 2.5 year old son had such a great time with them! The pool area is renovated and very beautiful! The rooms are also modern, comfortable and clean!

I’m not going to lie, the hotel started out very rough to the point we almost left and got a different hotel on the island. We ended up talking to the general manager George who was very kind, helpful and patient, he was able to get us a different, quieter room, away from the kids. George and us worked through the problems and by the time we ended up leaving we have nothing but positive notes for the hotel. We went from never wanting to go back to wanting to tell all our friends about this specific hotel and why they should visit Mitsis Alila and no other hotel on the island. Many people confirmed it was the best hotel on the island, and I would have to agree. I will definitely go back. Big thank you to George, Zoi, the front desk manager I think Alex, the bellhop, and the floor manager, was not able to catch his name. All of them deserve raises.

First of all very responsive and professional staff, amazing food and great Animators. It was a wonderful stay, totally worth the value. Our room was upgraded to highest floor by request, balcony is spacious with amazing frontside sea view. 30 min away with taxi from Airport, busstop is 2 min away from the hotel. You can reach Rhodes city center or Faliraki in 25-30 min for 2,5 Euro. There is a huge Waterpark 5 min away from the Hotel but still far enough not to bother hotel guests. 24h Supermarket in the hotel and great Spa and Massage center. Huge swimming pool and clean beach with enough sun loungers. Great for both singles and families.

With a great hillside location, overlooking the Faliraki beach, Calypso Palace offers easy access to the beach and an outdoor pool.

This was our second time staying at the hotel, and we're just as satisfied as the first time. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. While the soundproofing isn’t perfect, it was generally very quiet. You might occasionally hear a car revving by, but it was never disruptive for a good sleep. We had the half-board option, both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a wide variety of dishes that changed daily. The staff were friendly and helpful, truly living up to the warm standards of Greek hospitality. The beach is a mix of sand and stones, it’s very clean and safe.
