The location of the hotel is excellent, facing a beautiful view of the sea and within a mere 5m of the beach. The rooms leave nothing to be desired - they are decently spacious, the bed is quite large and comfortable, the bathroom is well-equipped, there is a private balcony with each room, and very importantly, the TV is not in an awkward spot compared to the bed. The staff has been outstandingly welcoming at all times, provided great service and both the food and the cocktails are amazing.

The host, Laia, was very friendly and always accesible if you needed something. The room was steps from the beach. Restaurants lined the seashore and there was a little area filled with stores, mini markets etc. The room was large with a nice bathroom. We had a small balcony where you could sit and just relax. There's parking nearby.

The staff is super friendly and is always ready to help. The location is really excellent, the rooms are modern and big enough. The cleaning staff is very friendly and does an excellent job as well. The breakfast is delicious and there is a lot of variety.

This seaside hotel is located in the Ammoudara district of Heraklion, only 131 feet from the Blue Flag beach of Ammoudaras.

George & his family are wonderful. They went above & beyond to welcome us & provide for our needs, even when they didn't have to. They served the best breakfast of our entire European vacation. The beach is beautiful. The pool is pristine. There are many restaurants & shops nearby. The hotel is an easy bus ride from the airport & only a few steps away from the bus stop. We are incredibly grateful for the kindness & hospitality we received & hope to return again.

The Lotus Serenity Executive Suite we stayed, was an excellent choice. First and the most important reason we enjoyed our holidays was the host. Mary and Stella with their family was one of the best hosts we have ever seen, very supportive, caring and warm. Just always near to help you with anything. The suite had a separate bedroom and a studio with kitchen, and the washing machine! All the facilities and amenities were just what we needed, as we were on holidays with kids. The beach with the location, sand, sun beds and very nice umbrellas are just what's needed for the sea holidays. Lotos restaurant owned by them is one of the best places to dine during every time of the day! Car rentals, restaurants, shops, kiosks, everything you could need is of a walking distance. We highly recommend the Lotos Serenity suites to everyone interested in perfect holiday!
