There was a mix up with the booking system regarding our arrival date, for which they had to put us in a dif hotel for 1 night. In return they upgraded us to a wet room and covered all of our drinks. I was extremely surprised at the level of care for the issue and cannot thank the manager Katerina and her team for treating us like they did. Thank you so much for making this birthday holiday so pleasant and special. The half board option was amazing, various food choices everyday. The traditional greak burger and chicken souvlaki were excellent.

Our stay at the Castello was fantastic. The room is very nice and luxurious. The private pool on the balcony is really big and pleasant to spend an afternoon, it’s really not just a gimmick. The hotel’s restaurant is very good with a great view on the sea. And the staff is very friendly and helpful.

It was very cozy place. Location was great, right in front of the beach. Our room had an amazing sea view. Staff were super friendly and nice. Food at the restaurant was delicious. Overall, we had a fantastic vacation ^^

The room was spacious and very clean. The hosts were very lovely. The property is situated right next to the beach - you can either take a sunbed at the property or go to one of the bars at the beach for sunbathing/swimming. Everything is near - shops, restaurants, beach bars, everything is max a 5 minute walk. We had someone refresh our room every single day which was a nice surprise! All in all, a lovely experience and a lovely family business!

The family-run Anna Studio is located in Ammoudara of Heraklion, just 230 feet from the sandy beach and within a short walk from restaurants and shops.

Clean and modern The beds very comfortable We stayed for three nights and kept extending our stay We went from a suite ocean front to a swim up room to another suite The final night we didn’t have a tv in the bedroom which was very odd since the other rooms had one and some rooms had two tv for a suite Breakfast were included and you order a La carte Beach facilities were well organized and staff very attentive

The Lotus Serenity Executive Suite we stayed, was an excellent choice. First and the most important reason we enjoyed our holidays was the host. Mary and Stella with their family was one of the best hosts we have ever seen, very supportive, caring and warm. Just always near to help you with anything. The suite had a separate bedroom and a studio with kitchen, and the washing machine! All the facilities and amenities were just what we needed, as we were on holidays with kids. The beach with the location, sand, sun beds and very nice umbrellas are just what's needed for the sea holidays. Lotos restaurant owned by them is one of the best places to dine during every time of the day! Car rentals, restaurants, shops, kiosks, everything you could need is of a walking distance. We highly recommend the Lotos Serenity suites to everyone interested in perfect holiday!
