Heaven for parents and children alike. The all inclusive included all day dining and drinks. The rooms were cleaned daily and very spacious. Everything was targeted at families with small children- there were no environmental hazards or breakable statues/plants/glassware laying about, kids could roam around and just be kids without having to worry about the other guests (because they all had kids too!).

Captain's House is a unique beautiful traditional building, situated just above the sea with a magnificent view.

We love the stay at the Royal Senses - we booked two grand sea view rooms and with Hilton membership we got an upgrade to two top floor villas with big terrance and private pool. That made a great start of the trip for us! The breakfast was exceptional with lots of varieties and plenty of fresh fruits and drinks. We loved the public pools too with one heated and one saltwater pool of sea water temperature to choose from. The kids pool was nice too and properly heated in the afternoon. The staff were really helpful and kids friendly. The service we received there was beyond expectation.

A truly unforgettable experience, beyond expectations, and absolutely worth choosing this amazing hotel for your stay! Additionally, I just want to point out a very important detail that simplified our vacation in terms of communication: many of the staff spoke Slavic languages and were very polite. Great stay, would stay again! The location is good, Bali Crete is quite small anyways so everything is close. Lovely hosts!
