I recently had the pleasure of staying at Nautilux Hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The rooms were not only nice, but also incredibly well equipped. They had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. One thing that pleasantly surprised me was that the hotel was even nicer in person than it appeared in the pictures. The attention to detail and the overall ambiance of the hotel were truly impressive. But what truly made my stay exceptional was the staff. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their warm smiles and genuine hospitality made me feel right at home. I also had the opportunity to try the room service menu, and I must say, the food was delicious. They had a great selection of tasty dishes, and the cocktails and drinks were also top-notch. The staff at the beach bar were quick to take orders and provided excellent service. And let's not forget about the breakfast buffet. There were so many choices that it was almost overwhelming. From savory to sweet, healthy to indulgent, there was something for everyone. It was a breakfast paradise. I would like to give a special thanks to Kristine, the hotel receptionist, and Christos, the room divisions manager. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was memorable and enjoyable. Their professionalism and attention to detail were truly commendable. Overall, my experience at Nautilux Hotel was fantastic, and I can't wait to go back next year. Everything! The location was unbelievable, the rooms were spacious, modern and clean. The view was stunning, the pool area inviting and comfortable with lots of sitting options, chairs, lounge chairs, hammock chairs. The staff was friendly and helpful with anything we requested.

Calla is a small, modern property, run by the owner family. The suites are elegant, spacious, and comfortable. The hosts are warm, friendly, and helpful. The outdoor space by their small pool is comfortable, and their beach space with loungers and full service is great! The location is a 15 minute wall from the Old Town of Rethymno, far enough for peace, closer enough to enjoy! 100% recommended!

Hotel is in a very good location, lost of restaurants, bars, from one entrance you are in the old city, from the other at a beach side. As it is in the old town, one should consider they cannot built an elevator. If you take a taxi to hotel, tell them to stop from the beach side, as the ild town is closed for cars. If your luggage is not heavy, you can even walk from the central bus stop. I enjoyed my stay, the room was very clean, i had everything necessary for a stay. One will have feeling , that everything is done with lots of love in this hotel. I will definitely stay in this hotel again.
