We stayed here and the hosts were amazing!! The villa is very clean and retains its traditional features whilst being modern with all the facilities you might need. It is fully stocked just like a hotel but set up for self-catering. Great for a families or small groups of people! It is a very short walk to some great restaurants, bakery and mini-market. We’ve been to Gennadi a few times and the area is fantastic. The beach is very close by - a 5 minute drive. The airport is just one hour away but with good bus connections if you don’t have a car. Would happily come back

First and foremost about our host: George is the most friendly and helpful man we have ever met. He spoiled us with home-baked cookies, home-grown olives and figs. The accommodation itself is simply fantastic! We had all the necessities and luxuries we could wish for, and the large and spacious house was very clean and tastefully decorated. During our stay, when we were not making a trip, we enjoyed the terrace with a very nice swimming pool. Right across the street we had access to our own private space on the beach. We felt like kings and were treated like kings.

The location is great, we love this place! For people who value privacy and nature. The house has absolutely everything you need, for cooking, playing, resting etc. Especially good for families with children. The Gennadi pebble beach has the cleanest water, the Glistra sandy beach is only 14.4 km from villa and of course Prasonisi beach is about 25 minutes with car away. We highly recommend this villa to all not depending on the age!
