We had an absolutely amazing time at this villa! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds, and the outdoor area – especially the pool, garden and private beach – was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The food was another highlight — fresh, local, and absolutely delicious. A huge thank you to Dimitri for the outstanding service! He was always available, incredibly helpful, and made us feel truly welcome.

We stayed here and the hosts were amazing!! The villa is very clean and retains its traditional features whilst being modern with all the facilities you might need. It is fully stocked just like a hotel but set up for self-catering. Great for a families or small groups of people! It is a very short walk to some great restaurants, bakery and mini-market. We’ve been to Gennadi a few times and the area is fantastic. The beach is very close by - a 5 minute drive. The airport is just one hour away but with good bus connections if you don’t have a car. Would happily come back

Everything. Great location if have hired car, lovely beach within a 2 minute walk with crystal clear water and as calm as a duck pond. Property was immaculate and had all the facilities and amenities required. Pool was ideal for the kids. George was the best host we’d ever had.

The location is great, we love this place! For people who value privacy and nature. The house has absolutely everything you need, for cooking, playing, resting etc. Especially good for families with children. The Gennadi pebble beach has the cleanest water, the Glistra sandy beach is only 14.4 km from villa and of course Prasonisi beach is about 25 minutes with car away. We highly recommend this villa to all not depending on the age!
