Friendly, exceptional staff, very helpful. Beautiful view of the ocean. Decent parking. Close enough to Tumon by car or bus, but far enough away not to deal with the hustle and bustle of crowds. The buffet was delicious, and even behind peak hours service felt swift. The complimentary tea time was equally splendid. The welcome gits were also a wonderful touch, which my girlfriend and I enjoyed immensely.

Property was well-maintained; staff was very friendly and courteous. Location on the beach was absolutely gorgeous and close to hotel. The amenities were relevant and well-maintained as well.

The breakfast buffet, top notch. Staff at Palm Cafe super nice, 5 star! Hotel and Palm Cafe overlook the beach. Room very nice with balcony on the 8th floor. The Dusit is really (2) hotels connected by Dusit Plaza. This is a block long shopping mall where any of the stores and restaurants can be accessed without going outside. Parking is the same. Access the multilevel parking area common to both hotels is thru Dusit Plaza. This is especially nice when temperatures outside are high. I can't leave out the staff that did room cleaning. They were very nice.

This was my second visit to Guam and I wholeheartedly enjoy this resort.

1. Staffs were really friendly, esp. Korean staffs who talked to us Korean family first, and the staffs at the pool and the Breeze were very nice too. 2. Location in the middle of Tumon beach was excellent, and beach and the pool fantastic. 3. Our room was bigger than I expected and thankfully an extra bed for my 5 years old was placed without having requested for it. Thankful for the little table and bench chair for kids in the room - while my kids played on it and us parents took a little break. 4. Bon Voyage shopping price and experience wasn't bad as well.

We loved the breakfast buffet!🥐🥞🧇 Everything was beyond delocious and there was so much variety, including an omelette station and delectable fresh baked pastries! My toddler and infant enjoyed the family pool, complete with a pirate ship!👬 This has been our best hotel stay, so far! We have already booked a second stay for this month!

Great location in Tumon bay - you can see beautiful views and it’s perfect for snorkeling. There’s a park nearby to walk around and you can easily go to Ypao beach. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially JP at the beach house was attentive to guests and had a great knowledge of local culture experience recommendations.

A 7-minute drive from Guam International Airport, Guam Reef Hotel features an outdoor swimming pool. Free on-site parking is available and guests enjoy free Wi-Fi access.

Guam reef was an awesome stay for a week long visit home to see family and friends. Infinity pool was awesome. Amazing friendly staff at the poolside bar/restaurant, James and Clyde are top notch and always went the extra mile during our poolside dining. : ) 100% recommend.
