We stayed 3 nights at this property as part of a 15-day trip through Croatia. The hotel is excellent. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They spent time explaining things to do and directions to sites and beaches. The breakfast was delicious and the room for breakfast was beautifully decorated. You will see that room in one of my photos. The view from the room is beautiful. The location, from my perspective, was perfect. it was about a 10-minute walk to the old town and right on the water.

Great Host! Perfect location - everything is within a few minutes walk - beach, shops, groceries, ferries, Diocletian Palace, Old town, etc. Host went out of her way to make us comfortable. Even had beach towels for guests. It was like staying with family. Don’t stay anywhere else in Split!!! One thing to note - parking during peak season is challenging but once we parked our rental car, we didn’t even need to use it. Also - the building is older and doesn’t have an elevator so be prepared to walk up a few flights of stairs - but not a big deal.

Everything. Was so lovely, spacious and yet also cozy. We each had individual space when we needed it which was really nice. The kitchen was well equipped. We really liked the proximity to the waterfront and all the restaurants. Nina is a sweetheart and met us at the apartment to get us settled in and she shared her favorite restaurants with us.

Everything was perfect, the hotel is wonderful, and the staff is completely attentive and flawless! I would return as many times as necessary!!!

Close to everything needed. The apartment is great, nothing to complain about it. City and 🏔️ view. The parking near the building (15€/day) was our chance to park at least somewhere. It’s a real problem of the city.
