Incredibly friendly staff and amazing service! The parking is great, they immediately took the car and offered the option of outdoor or garage parking. The hotel looks brand new, modern and beautifully renovated, and the location is perfect, just a few minutes from the sea. Highly recommend to every guest! Can’t wait for summer and the new amenities coming this year as the staff explained. Special regards to the housekeeping and restaurant staff.

Cannot recommend this place enough. Clean, spacious and everything you could need. My little girl never left the pool area and it was quiet for us to read and chill. The host was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was spacious and beds were comfy, every detail was thought out. From salt and pepper in the press, washing machine available to a toddler step in the bathroom. The location was perfect, close to the beach in walking distance and only 5km to old town. There were even bikes and electric scooters to use. Will be recommending this to anyone travelling to Split in the future.

Great Host! Perfect location - everything is within a few minutes walk - beach, shops, groceries, ferries, Diocletian Palace, Old town, etc. Host went out of her way to make us comfortable. Even had beach towels for guests. It was like staying with family. Don’t stay anywhere else in Split!!! One thing to note - parking during peak season is challenging but once we parked our rental car, we didn’t even need to use it. Also - the building is older and doesn’t have an elevator so be prepared to walk up a few flights of stairs - but not a big deal.

Perfect place. Just max. 5 minutes from center of the old town, at the border ofold town. Very clean, cozy, well appointed., quiet, good wifi, elevator. Plates, cutlery, water heater for tea/ coffee, complementary water bottles ( tap water is also fine) . There's a small hallway outside the apartment for the three rooms belonging to the same owner, with an extetnal door. Felt very safe. In the hallway, there's an ironboard, extra supply of shampoo etc. Private parking on the backside of the apartment block, felt safe. The young lady in charge, Mare, was very nice and responsive to WhatsApp communication. Supermarket and bakery a few steps away. And a great pizza and steak place a few meters away. For 80 Euro/ night, excellent value for money.

The bed was really comfortable, room was big and offered clear view of the ocean, the breakfast was quite diverse and spaces very clean. The hotel is like an art gallery, so a great location for those who admire architecture and art!
