The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staffs were very happy, kind and helpful. The room service was excellent. Fabulous breakfast . The toilet has no tube to wash. The pool water was not clean enough.

Our room/suite was one of the nicest hotel rooms and baths that we have stayed in, irregardless of price. My husband had sprained and twisted his knee - the staff brought multiple ice packs up to him. The hotel was elegant; location was superior; room/bath/patio were very large and well appointed. Staff could not have been more helpful.

everything was good specially the location near to everything and in a good street. also the infinity pool was so good and surprising to be that good. I was the guest of the day so I had an upgrade and that was so gentle from them. not forgetting one of the staff called Akram was so helpful and very welcoming he made me feel home he was there for any inquiries I wish him all the best.

We had a lovely stay. Really big room and bed with a balcony that we sat and ate breakfast on. Very clean and comfortable. 5 minute walk to the ferry port where we got the ferry to Lombok from. The man who runs it was very nice and helpful.
