The overall experience was very pleasant. Thee room was small but clean and comfortable. The gardens of the place were gorgeous and well kept. We really enjoyed the pool as well which was ver clean. Many shops nearby to buy beer!

Loved the helpfulness of staff. The service standards are very high. Overall ambience of the hotel was exceptional with many eating options. Breakfast was also excellent. Beach area was very nice with regular buggy ride back and forth. Another great thing was the complimentary pick and drop from/ to the airport - very few hotels offer this, so definitely a plus.

Kayumanis Private Villa offers a stretch of private white sand beach along Nusa Dua and villas with a private pools. It features a spa, free WiFi and free airport transfers.

The service at this hotel was beyond our expectations. The beach is really close by and the facilites are gorgeous and really big. we had two building (one for dining and lounge, and one with the beds and the bathroom) for ourselves. The pool was great too and the food was delicious, especially on the beach and at the italian one.

Without a doubt the best hotel we've stayed at. The place is heavenly, private, and seeing the sunrise from our beachfront villa was a once if a lifetime experience. But the staff and the service they provide is the true real gem! They were exceptional, and the service they provided was perfect and heavily personalized. The Front Office Manager Suardi, who we consider a friend now, was so helpful, friendly and caring. We had an issue in our room but it was quickly fixed. They apologized and offered us some compensation for the trouble. The "local menu" at the restaurant was also excellent! Of course it is more expensive than local restaurants outside Nusa Dua but still very affordable and so good! The only little negative point is that unfortunately we came at a time when there were a lot of algae in the water so we could not swim in the sea water. Since all villas come with a pool it was not a huge pain point for us. I recommend that you order a shisha and enjoy it at the beachfront restaurant or at your villa while sipping on a royal tea or a cocktail ;) Long story short, we cannot wait to come back.
