The amenities are top-notch, but I believe what made this stay truly exceptional was all the staff. From the concierge, reception, wait staff, everyone was hospitable, helpful, and reliable. This is easily my favorite hotel in Bali.

the staff was very attentive, the location was good to see many tourist attractions, and the food served at the villa was excellent! the kids loved the fact that they could feed the koi fish in their villa. the pool was great, but do take note that some parts of the pool are deeper than 4 feet, so parents will need to be careful with their young children when using the pool. there was a billiard table to play billiards. Overall, a great experience!

An absolutley lovely property. From the start, great communication and assistance when needed. Everything from the check in to check out was perfect. beautiful grounds, pool, villas and restaurant. Very professional staff and management, very attentive and knowledgable. The selection of the food and the quality of it was just excellent. One of the best breakfasts we ever had. Very quiet and relaxing environment with plenty of choices. We like to thank all the staff, management, housekeeping and all others for making our stay wonderful and memorable. A special thanks goes out to "Dede" our driver who picked us up at the airport and showed us around, he was super friendly, helpful and a great person. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Bali. We will return in the near future again! Thank you so much!

Staff is very friendly!! There is a really nice gym and two amazing pools. Walks along the beach and healthy food. The complete package! Would definitely recommend going to Komune!
