We stay here for a night every year after Christmas with our dog to visit local friends and family. The staff are excellent, nothing is too much trouble for them. They arranged a change of room for us as there was an issue with the heating. Also called the next day as I had left earbuds behind. Will definitely stay again.

The location was very peaceful and quiet - Paul was fantastic with lots of recommendations on places to see and go! The apartment was 10/10 - everything from complimentary breakfast items to board games and cards, the place was spotless, and nothing was a hassle for us at all.
