Very nice and well equipped room - especially the whirlpool is a perfect detail, what made it special. We had a balcony with a great view to the sea and to the mountains. Alessia is a great host and very helpful. We can highly recommend this place!

- fantastic hosts who made sure everything was fine and we were on every day. Even though we had our plans for our stay we used some of the recommendations they shared on what to visit where to eat etc. e.g. we enjoyed a boat trip Marco organised for us. - super clean and spacious apartment with all needed facilities - breakfast - it is served in a bar but we were also offered by the hosts that they can bring it for us to the apartment. We have however enjoyed going to the bar every day. You get a voucher for a fixed EUR amount we could use (and if we wanted more we paid the difference). - safe place to park the car - Private beach access - fantastic opportunity to rest in quiet place and a good starting point for trips to the cities and attractions nearby

Super modern apartment and well maintained. The neighborhood is a bit upper class, so we felt really safe and relaxed. It's just 20 minutes by car from Palermo and there was a restaurant and supermarket on the street. Parking the car on the street was also easy. There is also a view of the ocean from the bed, which is an amazing plus!

We spent two nights in Susanna and Mauricio's house - absolutely amazing hosts. I haven't experienced such great hospitality in a long time! We received a lot of great recommendations in advance and both were available at any time. For us it was also the perfect location to visit Palermo and not be too central to avoid the hustle and bustle. The house is fascinating!!! You have to experience this for yourself. If you are looking for an immaculate house, then you are at the wrong place. This house exudes authenticity and is one of the most interesting accommodations I have stayed in so far. Just a few minutes' walk is a restaurant/gelateria (La Rotonda) - with incredibly delicious pizzas that we ate right on the beach. You have to try! The outside area of the house invites you to linger, lie in the sun for a long time, children can play in the yard or in the playground and there is a wonderful terrace where we always had breakfast in the morning. In the apartment you really have EVERYTHING you need for a vacation. The kitchen is super equipped and everything we needed was there. The hospitality was super warm and welcoming and it was nice to see what a great place Susanna and Mauricio have created. If we are in Sicily again, we will come back. Grazie Mille!

Beautiful modern apartment, fully furnished and with a breathtaking view. The apartment has a pool in the front garden and a hot tub on the roof terrace. It also is beside the beach, and walking distance from a couple of nice restaurants and coffee shops. Very quiet spot, famous places like Cefalu' and Monreale are only about 30-40 mins drive. The host was amazingly hospitable and always available to help. He helped us organize our taxi transfer from the airport to the apartment and a wine tasting at a local winery. He also welcomed us with typical Sicilian pastries and left drinks in the fridge for us to enjoy. He even provided toys and floaters for the kids to play in the pool. The house has air conditioning (which is needed during the hot summer months), a dishwasher and a washing machine, which came in very handy. Overall a wonderful stay

This villa is amazing! Marco was super lovely to deal with. The space, the cleanliness of the villa and the location was just fantastic. We wished we had more time here.
