Very high standard, very clean, great location, very nice hosts, good space, coffee/te machine, enough place to hang your clothes, the building and entrance of the room smells nice and the included breakfast is at a wonderful little coffee shop at the same building with ecological and quality food. Location and the property itself was awesome. The walk to the beach is literally 3-5 min. Lots of things within walking distance or driving distance. Parking spot is great to have. There were little touches that were very appreciated. There is also air con in each room so sleeping was comfortable. It housed all of us no problem and two bathrooms helped with the group. Stefania was quick to answer if we needed anything. She was great.

Modern, clean, and comfortable apartment in the center of Pescara. Very close to the train station, shopping, restaurants, and beach. A fully renovated apartment, with cold AC, nice kitchen and bathroom. Because of an international flight cancellation, we missed the first 2 days of our nonrefundable reservation. But, Alessio allowed us to stay an extra day after our original reservation ended, which was very appreciated!

The air-conditioned accommodation is a 1-minute walk from Pescara Beach.
