The property is perfect by all means. The property is owned and managed by a family since the 60s and they are amazing people. They make sure that their guests are fully satisfied. They even dropped me to the train station as it was a rainy day and taxis were busy.

Great location, directly across the street from the beautiful beach. Parked in front of the building, very handy. Staff was very nice and helpful. They gave us suggestions for restaurants in the area. Pool area very nice. AC worked great. They have an outdoor lift to take you to the street level to walk to the beach, also very handy.

Really nice environment, excellent service provided by the staff/reception, close to the train station, hotel is literally in front of the beach (clean, organized, bar/restaurant services also available), amazing breakfast, with a pair of seats and one umbrella included for each room. Definitely worth staying since Spotorno city center is 5~10 min walk and all restaurants and ice cream shops are nearby.

I loved the location and my beautiful room on the eastern corner of the building with sunrise view out of my bedroom window and sunset views off the balcony. Just magnificent!!
