Everything was very clean and tidy. We felt very comfortable. It was very quiet and we had everything we needed. The check in process went very smooth and easy! There’s a terrace where you can sit outside and see the sunset over the sea. It’s very close to the beach. We liked staying at the Residence.

Excellent accommodation in an excellent location. We were with a baby less than a year old and it was fine for us. The baby slept with us. The accommodation is clean, the bathroom and the kitchen look great, you can see that everything is new. The accommodation has a large balcony. There is a beach near the accommodation, it was not crowded. There are many markets, outdoor fruit and vegetable shops, restaurants, ice cream😍There is also a bus station near the accommodation, from which you can get to the city of Pomezia for €1.10, and with a €2.20 ticket you can go to the metro station in Rome and then take the metro reach the center of Rome! Great thing. The journey takes about an hour and a half. Alessio is a wonderful guy, cultured and nice, to be commended. Thank you for everything! If the road leads us to your side, we will definitely look for your accommodation again!!😁👍

Owner was very friendly and accommodated our early arrival. Was very helpful and assisted us in finding taxi transportation to our next destination (as we didn't speak Italian). Appreciated his efforts very much! The house was clean and updated with current fixtures. Beds, including the sofa bed, was comfortable.
