The apartment was newly renovated and furnished. The sofa bed was actually comfortable. Large furnished balcony. Close to the beach, restaurants and train station. The property managers were quick to respond to messages and requests.

The landlord was very kind and helpful. The apartment was super pleasant: clean, well equipped, comfortable, close to the center and endowed with a big balcony with a sea view. Thank you Meri for the warm welcome and pleasant stay! Excellent choice, it has definitely exceeded my expectations.

The staff are very cordial, nice and welcoming. The room (junior suite) is large enough with a very nice balcony. The room and likewise the hotel are very clean. Facilities available are up to expectations. The location is perfect. The beach is just across the road (public and private). Restaurants around and the hotel can provide you with a little discount to some of the restaurants around. I will certainely return to this hotel next time in ventimiglia. The only thing that in my opinion could be improved is the breakfast. It is actually very fine but a larger selection would be appreciated.

The appartement is located at the center of Ventimiglia right across from the beach board walk. The building looks newly renovated and is very clean. The appartement is spacious, nicely decorated and equipped with everything you need. Weekly market on Fridays is in front of the house. We enjoyed our family vacation by exploring the various towns along the coast: Sanremo, Menton, Èze, Monaco, Nice and Cannes.
