Nice clean rooms with comfy beds. A lot of renovation has clearly taken plans and continues to, as they expand. But nothing disturbed us. The lake and beach are just a short 5 minute walk from the Guesthouse. The breakfast was a nice experience, too. We really felt like guests rather than customers. By the way, the pics don't make it clear, but we had the room with one king bed and two twins, and the twins are actually located in a separate bedroom, so the place feels more like an apartment than a hotel room. Highly recommend!

The cabin itself is new and everything is working well. There’s 3 beds and one chair that can become a bed. The covered porch in front is relaxing to sit on. There’s a nice small grocery store nearby. The walk to the beach takes 10 minutes but it’s a very peaceful beach with a nice restaurant and small stores for purchases and rentals. Chairs, jet skis, etc available.

The room was very spacious, bathroom was clean, breakfast was perfect. The view from the room is absolutely beautiful with Issyk Kul Lake infront. The staffs were extremely helpful and polite. Their dinner and breakfast everything was great. The owner was a very sweet lady.
