The owners were a friendly couple who made us feel very welcome. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable! The location was just out of town but an easy tuk tuk ride into the centre of Kampot. JP sat us down and showed us a map with all the local activities which really helped us to make the most of our time in Kampot. We also LOVED a cuddle in the morning with their dogs who were always happy to greet you at the gates. We managed to rent scooters from here which was great to explore Bokor national park.

Amazing place to relax with river views . The room was clean, fresh smells with acceptable price. Have new experience with kayaking. You also can rent motorbike there. The staffs are friendly and helpful. We will be there again.

The grounds was beautiful and lush but it was raining most of the time we were there so didn’t get to fully enjoy the place. The check-in process was easy and they took us to our room on their little cart.
