New, quiet, clean and just perfect place for resting! We enjoyed it so much and really want to come back. My wife has been in Sri Lanka for 4 times, and it’s the best hotel in any means. The room was really big and spacious, breakfasts delicious, swimming pool clean, staff and manager were extremely helpful and kind. Thank you for such a good experience.

Highy recommend this hostel! The dorm is really big, enough space for everyone. Curtains for privacy. Big lockers to put the whole backpack in. The view is insane and the breakfast lovely. The owner is amazing, we even got a welcome juice. Would come back anytime!

A wonderful family owned guest house, beautiful yoga space, the best one we found in Mirissa. Lavender is clean and tidy and near the surf spots, near Coconut Hill and turtle beach as well (both best seen in the morning). We truly enjoyed our Tuk Tuk rides with Ruki. 🛺

Home from home! Ruwan and his family couldn’t have made us feel more welcome to their lovely Homestay. Nothing was too much trouble. The room had a very comfortable bed and modern bathroom. The shower was powerful and in the heat a welcome relief. Our room was on the small side but this wasn’t a problem as the outside space had a hammock, table and chairs. Breakfast was served daily by Ruwan and his lovely daughter. It was fresh and plentiful and always delivered with a big smile. The air conditioning in the room wasn’t great and took some getting used to. Ruwan did kindly offer to change our room but we declined as we didn’t want to inconvenience him with another room to clean. However it is only fair to share this information. We stayed 4 Nights with Ruwan and his family and everyday he checked on our welfare, if we needed anything or a ride anywhere. He organised a wonderful Whale watching trip for us, one we would recommend, as a must when in this area. Ruwan kindly cooked us a delicious Sri Lanka. Fish supper despite his wife only day’s earlier giving birth to their son. On New Years Day the family invited us for breakfast in their home. The food was plentiful, delicious and a reflection of this family’s kindness and willingness to share their hospitality with us. I urge Anyone in this area to visit Ruwan and his family if wanting an authentic experience. Ruwan, thank you , we will be back. You are in our hearts forever. Xox

Great location on a quiet part of the beach but walking distance to everything. The breakfast was delicious and probably the best we had in 2 weeks in Sri Lanka! We had a huge room with a large balcony overlooking the ocean.

The couple who runs Top Sea View are so kind. They gave snacks throughout the day, and breakfast was spectacular. They really wanted to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The view of the ocean from the roof was stunning. Any questions we had were answered promptly, even just about Mirissa's attractions. We also took advantage of their laundry service, which was inexpensive and quick. They just taxi, whale watching, and massage booking as well. The location between two different beaches couldn't have been better.

The host is the kindest person in the world. We will truly miss him. Amazing home made breakfast everyday in his well decorated house. The bed is comfortable with AC for a good night sleep. It is close to great locations like Secret Beach and A++. The room is cleaned every day. You are lucky if you manage to book his place in Mirissa. If you like dogs they are at the backyard and they never bark or disturb. Thank you Mr. Prasad Bohoma Istuti!

Exceptional service, from the minute you walk in the door, until you leave (you won't want to leave!) The property is right on the beach with several rooms, but it feels very private. The views are breathtaking and the rooms are beautiful. The bed and pillows are so comfortable, and the bathroon and shower are lovely, with lots of hot water. There is a chef onsite, we ate breakfasts, dinners, lunch and drinks at the property and they were all fabulous. The staff are one of the best things about the property; friendly, attentive and kind.
