Awesome place! Newly built (Dec 2024) and well maintained. There are 3 houses, each containing 2 rooms, so 6 rooms in total. Very friendly and welcoming staff, walking distance to Nilaveli beach (700 m), clean and spacious rooms with high ceiling, wonderful food.

Staff was extremely friendly and flexible on arrival/departure, I really felt welcome when they organized a ceremony for new year. It was nice also to share with other guests. We stayed there for six days. We had a good experience with Mr. Prabha, his wife as well as the staff. We were very happy with the homely food. When we visit Trincomalee, we will definitely stay there again. The tariff was very moderate for the facilities provided. The location is easily accessible from the city and the beach.

I can’t even put into words how much we enjoyed our stay. Yes, the rooms were great with A/C, we loved the filtered water and the location was fantastic, but it was more than that. Prashanth devotes his life to helping the strays in the area. It is abundantly clear that he has a good heart and truly cares about making small differences. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio at night and having conversations with him. We learned so much more about his life, Sri Lankan history and culture. Prashanth is welcoming and trustworthy and full of helpful tips with your stay. Thank you Prashanth for welcoming us into your home and for all that you do for the animals!

The hotel is very good. Room is clean and spacious. The view on the bay is gorgeous. It’s relatively close to the beach and the ocean in this area is very clean and warm. We spent here 4 nights with our 3 years old son and we all had a wonderful time. The staff is very attentive. I especially want to highlight the man at the pool area and the guys from the restaurant, especially Kirujan , who was very helpful with all our needs. The food was delicious and varied. Definitely recommend this hotel. From what we’ve seen that’s probably the best resort in the area.
