I loved the deal we got, side sea view room was fantastic, comfy linens and huge room with very clean facilities. Solid breakfast with lots of options, and great coffee. Overall, everything was fabulous, airport transfer was reliable for €26, and the service was great. The rooftop pool was phenomenal! Super location and loved our stay in Bugibba. Cheers!

Excellent staff. Our luggage was lost en route but the staff were all exceptionally kind and helpful, especially Katerina (Guest Experience Executive), Giulia (Restaurant Manager), Malcolm (Concierge) and all their staff. Breakfast buffet was superb, especially the welcome every morning from Sonia, who has the sweetest smile you can imagine! Obviously the hotel was delightfully comfortable, but of course it is the people who matter. Please don't change!

The hotel was perfect. From the staff at the front desk to the housekeepers sorting out the room each day. I have only positive words to say! Everything was clean and everyone working in the hotel was attentive. Came during the winter so was not able to use the swimming facilities so can’t comment but everything else was perfect. A special shout out to Upama at the front desk who was the best - always going the extra mile to make us feel at home!

This was our second stay, and everything was just as perfect as the first time! The apartment is modern, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. It looks exactly like the photos — if not better. The location is excellent and very central, with easy access to everything. During the warmer months, you can swim in the sea just below the house — the water is crystal clear and so enjoyable. The view is absolutely stunning. Our dear host Ruth was incredibly kind, attentive, and always reachable. We truly loved her and felt very well cared for throughout our stay. We’ll definitely stay here again for our third (and many more) trips — we might even plan our travel dates around this place’s availability :)
