I recently had the pleasure of staying at Los Arrecifes Hotel, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. This enchanting seaside retreat exceeded all my expectations and left me with cherished memories that will last a lifetime. The hotel staff at Los Arrecifes deserves special recognition for their exceptional service. Warm, friendly, and attentive, they greeted me with genuine hospitality and were always ready to assist with any request. I was particularly grateful for the generous room upgrade, which added luxury and comfort to my stay. The accommodations at Los Arrecifes were simply superb. It offered convenient access to various amenities, including bars, restaurants, and the beach. I was able to explore the vibrant local scene, indulge in delicious cuisine at nearby restaurants, and enjoy the sun, sand, and waves at the beautiful beach. Overall, having visited numerous hotels in the Tulum/Cancun area, I can confidently say that Los Arrecifes Hotel and Spa stands out as the best.

Panamera Suites was a hidden gem on Tulum beach. Everything from the ease of check in to the fun beach club and to the good food made for a great stay, will be back. The staff were very accomodating especially as we moved between the beach and the pool/hot tub, shout out to "King David" and Joshua! the Panamera Suites rooms on the beach were beautiful, stay on the first floor if possible and you can walk out your room right into the sand.

TOP TIER..Everything is wonderful, this place is a dream vacation home. It was clean the interior was just perfect decorated the kids enjoyed our stayed. We had such a relaxing time. The big pool was at great temperature so was the top floor pool. Definitely going back.
