Fantastic hotel, definitely one of the best on Mactan. We've stayed here many times over the last ten years, and every time we come back, it gets better. The staff are extremely helpful and polite, they definitely go out of their way to help you with anything you need. Can not recommend the hotel highly enough, enjoyed every minute of our time there.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is the best, lots of choices of food. There are some stores like Mcdo near the property and other restaurant, and also SAVEMORE grocery incase u need something to buy. U can book GRAB for service or take-out food easily. 3 swimming pools in total. The property accommodated all my request, a crib for my 3yr old son for FREE! They even put up extra bed for my other son but i told them no need for it because 2 full beds are enough. The Toilet & Bathroom area in our room is big. We enjoyed our stay 🥰
