The hotel staff are amazing, from the front desk to the attendants. Nashu from fhe lobby lounge, duty manager Praveen, the guest service agent who assisted when we checked in I cant remember his name was very welcoming, all the cab drivers I didn't get their names but they are all pleasant and very helpful whenever u need them. The restaurant staff from Jarnen are superb, u will not regret having breakfast included on your booking because who does not want a nice breakfast in the morning? They have plenty of choices from nice omellete, waffles, salad, to arabic foods....and the staff check on you regularly. There are different room sizes accdg to your preference so u can choose between good for 2 and for families and they are clean and well maintained. I recommend this for anyone looking to have a weekend getaway from the busy working life esp if you are stressed. It is relaxing, laid back atmosphere with great staff to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable....near to the beach, and within the souq market everything is easy access...

There is a huge amount to list. But to summarize it...if you are thinking of booking this place - just do it... This place is Elite standard...if you want hit and miss service along with flaws then places like Wyndham, Ramada, Premier Inn etc is the place for you. I am perplexed for anyone giving any bad negative reviews. The level of customer focus and attention is not something I've experienced to this standard. Every wish is granted even when you are thinking about it as well lol The lobby is stunning, the beach is immaculate and the swimming pool is great especially with the hot weather. I came with my family and kids. They loved it and they have been thinking about it since we left lol. You also have a private butler for each room that offers an ironing service. Also the room is cleaned and topped up regularly - I estimated 2-3 times a day with towels, water and even chocolates. One day looking to go back again and spend a bit longer . Thank you st Regis.

I felt like I was in a family, and you are wonderful people with impeccable service from all points of view and all the employees. You made my stay excellent, and I didn't feel lonely even though I spent almost two weeks alone with you. Once again, thank you for the hospitality, surprises, services, drinks, and food; everything was superb and perfected in the highest detail. Me and my wife decided to celebrate our anniversary in Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl-Qatar. From the moment we arrived until departure, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The Suite were spotless, and the facilities were well maintained. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Suite view and proximity to local landmarks made our stay unforgettable. The hotel restaurant offered delicious meals with a diverse menu, and room service was outstanding thanks to Alex and Nikka. Check-in was smooth, thanks to friendly and efficient staff especially Nour. I request a special set up for our anniversary and Khadija done a sensational job by arranging fresh flowers in the room that made our stay extra special. The hotel's management team is clearly dedicated to ensuring guest satisfaction especially nayef. Overall great value for the price paid, exceeding our expectations.
