The design of the hotel is amazing and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The hotel is located nearby the old souq with plenty of restaurants and cafes choices. It was nice spending sometime walking around exploring the old souq.

This 5-star hotel features a private beach area, an outdoor swimming pool, and tennis courts. All air-conditioned rooms have views of the Arabian Gulf and private marble bathrooms.

There is a huge amount to list. But to summarize it...if you are thinking of booking this place - just do it... This place is Elite standard...if you want hit and miss service along with flaws then places like Wyndham, Ramada, Premier Inn etc is the place for you. I am perplexed for anyone giving any bad negative reviews. The level of customer focus and attention is not something I've experienced to this standard. Every wish is granted even when you are thinking about it as well lol The lobby is stunning, the beach is immaculate and the swimming pool is great especially with the hot weather. I came with my family and kids. They loved it and they have been thinking about it since we left lol. You also have a private butler for each room that offers an ironing service. Also the room is cleaned and topped up regularly - I estimated 2-3 times a day with towels, water and even chocolates. One day looking to go back again and spend a bit longer . Thank you st Regis.
