The welcoming from the hotel staff is excellent. All staff are very friendly and the management always follows with the guests. I also have to mention that Abdulsalam and Shaima Have helped to make my stay more enjoyable by giving me a free room upgrade and trip advices. Most relaxing room with amazing view. Amazing breakfast with a big assortment of choices.

Me and my wife decided to celebrate our anniversary in Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl-Qatar. From the moment we arrived until departure, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The Suite were spotless, and the facilities were well maintained. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Suite view and proximity to local landmarks made our stay unforgettable. The hotel restaurant offered delicious meals with a diverse menu, and room service was outstanding thanks to Alex and Nikka. Check-in was smooth, thanks to friendly and efficient staff especially Nour. I request a special set up for our anniversary and Khadija done a sensational job by arranging fresh flowers in the room that made our stay extra special. The hotel's management team is clearly dedicated to ensuring guest satisfaction especially nayef. Overall great value for the price paid, exceeding our expectations.

From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making me feel right at home. One thing that really stood out to me was the valet car parking service - it made my stay so much easier and more convenient, especially since I was unfamiliar with the area. The room itself was spacious, modern, and tastefully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Exceptional Stay at Kempinski The Pearl, I had an outstanding experience during my stay at this hotel. Everything was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine hospitality. A special thanks goes to Mr. Omar Mazaraa, the Front Office Manager, who went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. He personally took care of all our requirements and was always available, attentive, and incredibly helpful. His dedication to guest satisfaction truly made a difference and elevated our entire experience. The facilities were excellent, the service was top-notch, and the staff were always friendly and accommodating.
