The hotel facilites were beautiful! Much nicer than it looks in the photos. And the fact that it's located right on the beach is amazing. The drinks at the bar & cafe were delicious. Staff were very attentive and friendly.

Everything about this hotel deserves a true luxurious 5 star. The service of the staff was impeccable, they have a driver/shuttle service that takes you anywhere on the resort with a simple phone call, the room was beautiful, very thoughtfully furnished and so cozy we actually did not want to leave the room, the breakfeast was DELICIOUS. We stayed in thailand for 3 weeks with over 5 different hotels but the Pimalai was the one who stood out the most & we wish we had stayed longer

Located right by the beach - you can't ask for anything better than this. Joy, the manager, together with her two younger colleagues, were a delight and really made the stay very special. Not only did they clean the room, but washed the dishes, provided extra towels for day-trips, and even did the laundry! I feel they've gone beyond their duties and beyond all expectations! It was overall a very friendly atmosphere, and I was quite sad to leave. Special shout-out for Lala, the lovely cat that greets me every morning on my patio!

Beautiful property! Close access to lots of restaurants. The breakfast was spectacular and the hotel restaurant was able to support our vegan vegetarian diet restrictions. The coconut ice cream was the best. Beds are very comfortable. Beach was very swimmable!

could not have enjoyed a property more. felt more like 5-star quality from the best staff of ANY hotel in Thailand to the food and design. the beach is quiet and nice. it’s super close to everything just rent a scooter (the property will arrange in 15 minutes) btw, I am a luxury hotel consultant and worked and stayed in 5-star hotels in Asia for 12+ years. trust me, this hotel is the best value and most relaxing stay in the Thai islands
