EVERYTHING! Great staff and atmosphere, great facilities, including gym, pool and spa. Clean, spacious, comfortable room with plenty of Thai Fight amenities. Nice and easy location with beaches nearby. Wonderful breakfast with an amazing view overlooking the sea. The hotel is one of a kind and the staff went above and beyond. We were sad to leave and hope to return. Hands down, best hotel in Koh Samui.

The staff is wonderful, so helpful with any questions or needs. And the facilities are spotless and so comfortable, with laundry, clean bathrooms, and a beautiful swimming pool right on the beach, together with a beach towel when you ask for it.

Loved everything.! Absolutely gorgeous, private, quiet area. Private Beach, pool table, sup, pool, restaurant and bar. Tasty breakfast. Staff are very nice and helpful. Room beautiful, clean and comfortable. There are also alot of Tasty Restaurants,, Massage places and beaches in walking distance If your looking for a quiet restfull vacation the Beluga is the place for you! We will be going back on our next trip.

The breakfast is excellent, there is great variety, a different pressed juice each day, lots of fresh fruit and something different each day. The pool is relatively small, however, there are not that many people and during our stay, the pool was empty most of the time. Contrary to some of the other hotels we stayed at, the sunbeds at the pool were not being reserved, and nobody was smoking around the pool area. The staff was super friendly and very helpful with all of our requests such as booking ferry transfers to Ko Pha Ngan or helping with sending postcards back home. There is a store selling water right at the corner, and many restaurants in walking distance. The minibar has supermarket prices. Overall great experience!
