Personal concierges anticipated our every need, whether it was arranging a private sunset dinner on the beach or securing last-minute reservations at the finest restaurants. *Dining*: The culinary experience was nothing short of spectacular. Each meal was a work of art, from the freshest seafood to innovative international dishes. The attention to detail, the high-quality ingredients, and the presentation were all at the level of a Michelin-starred restaurant. The room was lovely and the staff and atmosphere was incredible. Loved that it was away from the main beach and the pool was stunning!

Fantastic! Firstly the staff , so friendly and efficient ! It really is beachfront with comfortable loungers provided and always available . Lovely View of the sea and garden from the balcony . State of the art gym . Fabulous swimming pool . Room is large and hotel is set in what seems like a tropical forest kept pristine by the gardeners. Everything works like clockwork probably due to Swiss manager! Good plentiful and varied with three restaurants . The lounge provides free afternoon tea and a light salad in the evening and would thoroughly recommend as the staff are very helpful, especially Diamond, Laura , Palita and Sky whose good humour is uplifting! A special thanks to Amits for solving a minor problem.

The treehouse accommodation was fantastic. We loved the location and the wildlife was a real bonus especially the spectacled langurs (approx. 7 with 2 small babies) who hung out in a tree right outside our treehouse for several hours one afternoon. Beach good for swimming and the pool while small was a nice option especially at low tide. Property and the staff were amazing. One of the friendliest welcomes we received in Thailand. A 6 minute walk to Railay going through the bush right by the beach which you can do most times of the day, apart from either side of high tide when I think the exit/entry point at Railay would likely be waist deep, but then could take a long tail boat if needed for approx. THB300 for the entire boat.

It’s the kind of place that quietly tells you, “You’re in Thailand now.” Some people told me Thailand might feel unsafe or overwhelming — but this experience proved otherwise. It was peaceful, safe, and incredibly relaxing. I slept so well here. The entire stay felt like a gentle escape into a quieter side of Thai life. Highly recommended for anyone looking to truly feel the soul of the country.
