The staff were amazing and made you feel at home from the start. The food was outstanding, so fresh and tasty everyday from breakfast to dinner. The location was great and close to old town (although we loved the hotel so much we didn’t want to leave much!)

I rarely rate properties a full 10/10, but this hotel certainly deserves it. All the staff we met were very friendly: receptionists, servers, bellboys, bartenders, cleaning staff, etc. The WiFi was very fast. The showers had great pressure and temperature range. The bed was very comfortable. And the amenities are superb... An excellent spa center with sauna and Turkish Bath. One of the best fitness centers I've seen in a hotel. 4 outdoor pools (1 heated) and an indoor pool and water slides. The hotel also has one of the best buffets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It's true that the menu items don't change much day-to-day. But you can reserve spots at the 3 a la carte restaurants as often as you like. A truly grand experience.
