This was a quick cozy getaway for us. Although we didn't stay as scheduled due to illness in the family, Alex was very pleasant to work with! The studio was just the right size - very relaxing. It's spacious and nicely decorated. It was easy to get to the beach, restaurants and a Harris Teeter is up the street. We will definitely stay again when heading to the area!

The Beacon is set in Salter Path, 13 mi from Havelock. Free private parking is available on site. Each room at this motel is air conditioned and features a TV with cable channels.

Great view of ocean and pool from the balcony. We loved the updates in the condo. Very well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and plates.

Great location. Clean. Good furniture and wall art. Plenty of windows with very cool wooden shutters throughout. AC/Heat worked great. Plenty of towels and extra pillows/blankets. Loved having 8 rocking chairs on back deck. Brown leather couches and chairs in living room were super comfortable. Big kitchen. Plenty of dinner table space. Good beds.

Personally I was very pleased when I saw they offered makeup wipes along with lotions and all self care needs...the elevators were functional and the room was very clean with all the kitchen necessities... Toaster, dishwasher, oven, full functional fridge, etc. The balcony was very nice and the covered pool did not disappoint. Overall a wonderful experience and would totally recommend for anyone even with kids looking for maximum comfort.
