Very quiet and clean. Very close to the lagoon and just across the street from the beach. Traffic was minimal in the area with a 35 mph speed limit. The master bed was the most comfortable we'd had on our long road trip. The sheets and comforter were also very nice. Tv in bedroom and living room. Full kitchen and washer/dryer. Keurig had pods and the table was set with large wine glasses. I spent most of my time on the back porch. It was well furnished and shaded.

The location is simply AMAZING. Right on the beach behind a small sand dune. It's a historic motel which adds to the charm (but this also means that you shouldn't expect brand new appliances etc...). Also there is a very nice lawn space with tables benches, a place for grilling etc. I would definitely come here again! Too add to the value: the property is located within walking distance to plenty of bars/restaurants in downtown Cocoa Beach and is also an easy 30min drive to Kennedy Space Center.

This property is very large, there are different options for rooms which is nice. . It’s so close to the beach. I dealt with the same staff member at check-in and check-out, she was so friendly and very helpful. She anticipated my needs with my elderly father. Much appreciated.

A very nice and safe hotel located close to the beach. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is very good with plenty of options. There’s even a Starbucks inside the hotel, which is something I’ve rarely seen in European hotels. If you’re lucky, you can also watch a Starlink launch from the property. Overall, a great place to stay!
