This villa may not be as large as the Flamingo area we visited last year, but it is very new and clean. The surroundings are lush and green, like a tropical garden. Although there are some construction sites nearby, I didn’t find it too noisy. It would have been perfect if the breakfast had more variety.

The staff was fabulous, the bed comfortable, shower hot with plenty of pressure, FABULOUS location and views out of the construction but close enough to walk to restaurants and shops, great breakfast. hint: spend the extra cash and get a front room with a view- so amazing!🤩

Rooms were spotless, spacious, and had a fresh feel. The staff was very helpful, and the fluent English of the receptionist made things so easy. It’s close to Xuan Dam Beach, and there’s a pool and lovely garden too.

It was really clean. The beds were comfortable and simple but yummy breakfast. The staff were super nice and helpful. The man in the front desk even taught me how to use a motorbike. Super nice!

My friend and I stayed at the hotel for two days. When the staff learned it was my friend's birthday, they thoughtfully prepared a birthday cake for us and decorated the room with balloons. The front desk staff also helped us book a boat tour to Lan Ha Bay and arranged a car to take us there.!

Tour guide Kien was very well informed and spoke great english, kayaking through the caves was amazing to see, food was very good, rooms if staying overnight very spacious and clean also the shower/bathroom well organized, seeing the sunset and sunrise was well worth the overnight stay, if you like to chill and see a little of the unknown also learn about the culture this is worth booking.
