Staff was extremely kind and helped us to resolve an issue with our car when we were leaving.

The heating worked well (there was 2 Celsius degrees outside).

My room was upgraded, as there was a room with a balcony with lake view, which was very nice. This area of Lake Sevan is less crowded, compared to the shores closer to Yerevan, and this makes the property very peaceful, surrounded by pure nature. You don't see noisy picnickers, cars here and the territory is very well taken care of. The staff was very attentive and friendly. They went extra mile and agreed to give me my breakfast at 12:00 !!

My stay at this beautiful B&B was truly exceptional. The breakfast was a highlight, featuring a huge spread of homemade jam, organic cheeses and eggs, fresh breads, and delicious Armenian coffee. Nina and Yuri are incredibly kind and welcoming hosts. It was an honor to stay in their lovely home, where I felt treated very well and completely comfortable. My room was wonderful, filled with an abundance of natural light. I only wish my stay could have been longer! The B&B's location is perfect for exploring, being conveniently close to Lake Sevan, which I enjoyed walking to. Yuri also offers excellent tours at good prices. He took me on a memorable tour in his classic Mercedes Benz, visiting the stunning Haghartsin Monastery, Dilijan, and the historic Sevanavank Monastery by Lake Sevan. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Art Hotel Sevan asub Sevanis. Tubadel on rõdu. Hotelli igas toas on kirjutuslaud. Tubadel on ka järvevaatega terrass. Tubades on privaatne vannituba, kus on dušš, tasuta tualetitarbed ja föön. The location is very good-i wish we could stay more. The facility has a private beach, restaurant and stylish rooms. It was clean.

Milenium Magic villa Sevani rannal on hiljuti renoveeritud villa Sevanis, kus külalised saavad nautida oma eraranda ja aeda. This stay ended up being just perfect! Well built, modern cabins in a peaceful location on lake Servan. The beach is a 2 minute walk! The larger cabin we rented as perfect in size and space. The kitchen is well equipped and we had an amazing time here. We did not want to leave! Highly recommend this location for anyone! We slept 3 in the large cabin, but could have easily fit 5.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This place is truly special — peaceful, beautifully designed, and surrounded by nature. The semi-sphere tents are cozy and private, with stunning views of Lake Sevan right from your window. The service was outstanding — every single person we met was kind, warm, and genuinely caring. We felt truly welcome and relaxed from the moment we arrived. The food? Fantastic! We stayed two nights and had fresh, perfectly cooked “siga” (local fish) for dinner both evenings — it was that good!

Bunnies roam the property and we’re very cute. Lots of animals to look at and they are well taken care of. The overall property was very clean and well taken care off. With small outdoor bungalows which they served food at. Overall the property was amazing and filled with lovely animals. The staff is amazing and sweet, they work very hard. Every meal was great and the customer service was a 10/10!!
