Here's the corrected version: We stayed at *Rancho by HV* for three wonderful days and had a fantastic experience. The property is beautifully located — close to the shores of Lake Sevan, yet far enough from the noise and crowds to feel peaceful and secluded. The house itself is built to a high standard, fully equipped, and thoughtfully designed down to the last detail. The grounds are spacious, well-maintained, and filled with fruit trees that bear delicious seasonal fruit guests are welcome to enjoy. Although the owners are not on-site, they are highly responsive and helpful. Special thanks to Greta, who is in charge of maintaining the place — warm, welcoming, and exceptionally professional. A truly special place we would love to return to!

My room was upgraded, as there was a room with a balcony with lake view, which was very nice. This area of Lake Sevan is less crowded, compared to the shores closer to Yerevan, and this makes the property very peaceful, surrounded by pure nature. You don't see noisy picnickers, cars here and the territory is very well taken care of. The staff was very attentive and friendly. They went extra mile and agreed to give me my breakfast at 12:00 !!

The breakfast was a highlight, featuring a huge spread of homemade jam, organic cheeses and eggs, fresh breads, and delicious Armenian coffee. Nina and Yuri are incredibly kind and welcoming hosts. It was an honor to stay in their lovely home, where I felt treated very well and completely comfortable. My room was wonderful, filled with an abundance of natural light. I only wish my stay could have been longer! The B&B's location is perfect for exploring, being conveniently close to Lake Sevan, which I enjoyed walking to. Yuri also offers excellent tours at good prices. He took me on a memorable tour in his classic Mercedes Benz, visiting the stunning Haghartsin Monastery, Dilijan, and the historic Sevanavank Monastery by Lake Sevan. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Very cool location, with the best staff and service. Clean environment and delicious breakfast. Everyone is friendly and smiling. It's definitely worth staying here, we will definitely visit again.

Milenium magic villas on Sevan beach mempunyai pemandangan taman, WiFi percuma dan tempat parking peribadi percuma, terletak di Sevan. This stay ended up being just perfect! Well built, modern cabins in a peaceful location on lake Servan. The beach is a 2 minute walk! The larger cabin we rented as perfect in size and space. The kitchen is well equipped and we had an amazing time here. We did not want to leave! Highly recommend this location for anyone! We slept 3 in the large cabin, but could have easily fit 5.

Great place for a day or a few days to escape from your rushed life. The surrounding are beautiful but there is not much to do so we planned this stay to do nothing but relax at pool and beach and it was great because we are doing a busy roadtrip. The manager marek is very helpful and the indian guys also work hard to keep the propety clean and running. I can recommend this place for a few days to anyone

Hayots Ojakh mempunyai kawasan pantai peribadi, teres, restoran dan bar di Sevan. The property was good. Bunnies roam the property and we’re very cute. Lots of animals to look at and they are well taken care of. The overall property was very clean and well taken care off. With small outdoor bungalows which they served food at. Overall the property was amazing and filled with lovely animals. The staff is amazing and sweet, they work very hard. Every meal was great and the customer service was a 10/10!!
