(4 floors high!!) I loved reading the history of the creator of this design - a New Zealander who got his idea after the 2011 earthquake in Auckland, when the city resorted to repurposing/reusing what they had to rebuild structure. I wandered around for my first 3 hours on the property, just taking photos, with my mouth agape, in awe. The complimentary breakfast, was one of the best I've ever eaten ANYWHERE. So many choices, such delicious home-made granola, all just extraordinary. The plants, the combination of colors, everything was just awe-inspiring. Also, the support staff, were incredibly kind, helpful, and English-proficient. They went out of their ways to be helpful, which I very much appreciated as a 71 year old woman.

The decor is eclectic and wonderful, our suite (room 12) was spacious and had an extremely comfortable king bed. Breakfast was on the terrace and included fresh orange juice, scrambled eggs, and pesto tomatoes along with the usual breads, cheese and meat. Delicious.

Dei Templi Hotel offers well-lit apartments with panoramic ocean views overlooking Reñaca Beach. It offers an outdoor swimming pool and free WiFi access. Viña del Mar city centre is 9 km away. Kind and helpful staff, very clean great location and amazing views

The flat had everything needed to cook and live there, though I didn’t take advantage of that bit. It had wonderful views, comfortable beds and furniture and a bathroom for each room. The staff were great and it felt very safe. The rooftop pool was also excellent, though not heated, it felt amazing on a hot day!

Cabañas Kitai se nachází v destinaci Hanga Roa a nabízí ubytování s terasou nebo balkonem, bezplatným Wi-Fi a TV s plochou obrazovkou, zahradu a sdílený lounge. I visited Rapa Nui for two nights in December 2024 and Kitai Cabanas was really the best place to stay and made my short trip wonderful. The hosts are lovely persons and make the guests to feel welcome. Even before arrival communication was great and all questions have been answered quickly. Pick up at the airport was included and drop off at departure as well. The cottage is spacious, clean and a fully eqipped kitchen (which I did not use though, as Kitai Cabanas is next to many good restaurants). Water dispender is in the room, which was convinient. Room, bath and kitchen have been clean and I had a nice terrace with garden view. There are many lovely cats arround. Bed was comfortable. Wifi worked well. I booked also an island tour with the hosts and Kevin is an excellent guide. Very knowlegable about the history and culture of Rapa Nui.
