We had a wonderful stay! I had requested a room on an upper floor, and not only was my request kindly accommodated, but the room I received exceeded all expectations. It was spacious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking—truly a highlight of my trip. What made the experience even more special was the staff. Every single person I interacted with was polite, professional, and genuinely helpful, an example of great hospitality, from reception to housekeeping—and the kitchen staff, who were all so kind. The food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Protaras!

Kokkinos Boutique Hotel enjoys an excellent location in the heart of the Protaras resort, just steps away from the famous, award-winning Blue Flag beach of Fig Tree Bay, known for its crystal-clear waters and golden sand. We were very pleased with the hotel. The atmosphere, cleanliness, location, and views were all excellent. The entire place was very clean, and our rooms were cleaned daily. Our only regret was having to leave. The best beach is just a 3-minute walk away.
