A Dreamy Seaside Experience We had an unforgettable stay at the hotel, which was just across the street and a small wooded area from the beach. The rooms were beautiful, and we even had one with a balcony and a view of the sea. The beds were extremely comfortable, the bathroom was spotlessly clean, and the room was tastefully decorated. The entire hotel exuded cleanliness, and all the staff members were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was simply overwhelming. The variety and quality of the food left nothing to be desired. We enjoyed fresh rolls, delicious cold cuts, fresh fruit, and aromatic coffee specialties – a perfect way to start the day! Overall, we wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. It was a true delight to stay here, and we would gladly return!

The Hafenhotel zu Putbus is located directly at the beautiful port of Lauterbach on the Baltic Sea island of Rügen. The hotel was extensively renovated in spring 2022, so that an all-round feel-good character was created. The hotel pool and sauna facilities were fabulous and the breakfast selection was exceptional!! This hotel in Rugen exceeded our expectations and the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking our car was also made easy.

It has panoramic views stretching from the pier of Sellin across the sea and over to the famous chalk cliffs on the horizon. Professional, helpful staff and exquisite facilities. Hotel restaurant is the best in town. Great spa facilities and pool. This was one of the best stats we’ve ever experienced.

Each morning, a buffet is prepared in the Baltic Hideaways Beach Hotel Warnemünde breakfast restaurant. There are many restaurants near the hotel. Everything about this hotel was fantastic, especially the kind and knowledgeable reception staff. They were great at orienting us to all of the special perks (free mini-bar in the room, free hot drinks, pastries and fruits in the lobby) as well as providing detailed written instructions for how to get to the bus station upon departure. They made us a dinner reservation and were kind and available whenever we needed help (as when our bus was 3 hours delayed!). The hotel itself is clean and new, with excellent shower, balcony with a view and comfy beds. The saunas were a wonderful retreat when it rained. Location can’t be beat and allowed for an early morning quick dip in the sea, just across the pedestrian walk.

Sumptuous breakfast, great pool, attentive staff (I could go on & on). Place has an Interesting (if depressing) history too. Entirely wonderful stay.
