Everyone was welcoming and very accommodating. The breakfasts were delicious every morning and a lot of food! The tour guides and drivers they use were very friendly and knowledgable and we would not have seen as much of the city as we did had we tried on our own. Would definitely recommend!

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. Breakfast on the rooftop was really cool — enjoying food with an unforgettable panoramic view of the pyramids was simply magical. Having a bathtub with the view made it even more special. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Even though eventually we didn’t use the tour services by the hotel due to time constraint, the owner Mido was very nice to answer our enquiries and trying to provide us with solutions when we were in a difficult situation in Aswan.
