Hotel is at the very nice location, the interior is amazing, beach is spectacular. Staff was very friendly and helpful, the territory is well maintained and its clean everywhere. Very good breakfast. Will be back for sure.

First of all i want to honor and thank Mr. Ahmed Galal during my whole stay. He did everything to make my stay comfortable. He picked the best Room in Cleopatra Sidi Heneish in my view at beachfront. Next to all the facilities like the beach infront of your room with an open awesome view, swimming pool a few steps aways and the snack restaurant in the corner. With the good Golf car service they arranged for us we were able and easily to be brought to the main restaurant and back that was located near the reception. Also he arranged for us a special dinner at the Italian reataurant what was delicious! The aftercare from Mr. Ahmed Galal was something unique and also let us make us a late checkout. The cristal clear seawater and sandy beaches was amazing in the resort, i havn’t seen before in the North coast. It was the best in my opinion. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
