Arriving we were greeted by beautiful frescos, the house was perfect, the view of the sea was breathtaking, equipment perfect, beds so comfortable and the hostess was so accommodating. One big thank you, we'd definitely want to go back!

Les Maisons de Tatihou, The Originals Relais ofrece alojamiento 3 estrellas frente al mar en Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue y tiene un jardín, restaurante y bar. This was simply exceptional, from the moment we arrived on the boat, right through our stay, to the time we left. We were simply mesmerised by the Island and by the hotel, and this stay is something we will remember for a long time to come. We stayed in a suite and the room was fantastic. The furniture was most comfortable and both it and the decor were very tasteful. The room temperature was always perfect and the views out to the garden were stunning. The bathroom was probably the best hotel bathroom I've ever experienced. In typical French fashion, the toilet is in its own room, while the bath, his/hers sinks, and shower, are in a different room. This latter part was spacious and modern, and all around great. The restaurant was great. The menu is simple, but was perfect for us, and not overly pricey. Hotel guests can access the museum free of charge. Its well worth the visit too. The island itself is fantastic. Though the review is for the hotel and not the island, it wouldn't feel complete without mentioning the island. The nature, the beach walks, the UNESCO site - all well worth taking the time to do or explore. Lastly, the staff were great. Very friendly and very helpful. I can't comment on the standard rooms in this hotel but I would recommend paying the extra to upgrade to the suite.

Beautifully laid out apartment with seperate children's sleeping area, private entrance and parking, delicious breakfast with homemade jams. Much of the garden area we did not use but we could have done if we had stayed longer. Our host was always there to answer any questions I had and even, when we arrived earlier than suggested, the room was ready for us. The recommended option for our evening meal worked a treat and was only a 10min walk from the apartment.

Chambre d’hotes Le Domaine de la Vallee is one of the most welcoming and idilic places I’ve ever stayed at. Celine is a wonderful host and my room, breakfast and dinner were nothing short of exceptional! If you are visiting Utah Beach, St Mere Eglise and surrounding areas, stay here, it’s a special place and ideal if you are cycling as well.

Beautiful old converted barn with so much character and huge!! Sylvie was so so helpful and was there to greet us and show us around and as aje lives next door she is only a moment away. Will be back!! 😁

The place was just lovely to be in the owners couldn’t do more to make our stay comfortable! One of the best b&b we have stayed at.
