The breakfast was superb - couldn’t be better. Lovely fresh choices and the setting was serene and lovely. All the staff were exceptional - helpful, warm and welcoming. The decor is lovely keeping with a serene and peaceful feel.

The hotel is centrally located, a few minutes walking distance from the new port of spetses. The room was spacious and clean and the stuff very helpful and friendly. The breakfast had a lot of option even vegan and vegetarian. Totally recommend it!

Clean rooms, good location and unbelievable breakfast. The owner was very kind, attentive to our needs, and made pies and desserts for us for breakfast. We felt at home and will come back with our family and recommend this hotel to our friends.

The hotel is fabulous!!! Great location- 5 minutes by foot to anything you might need on the island- the city beach, supermarket, bakery, restaurant, bus stop for other beaches, bike rentals, etc. And at the same time tucked into a quiet side street, providing no noise and peaceful balcony views and sleep. The staff is very helpful, kind and non intrusive. The sheets and towels are changed daily, rooms cleaned, water provided, and the AC works great! I cannot recommend this hotel enough! We had a perfect stay and since we were there for 12 nights they even upgraded our room for free!!!

The place is beautiful, short walking distance to everywhere you want, Mirco and Adriana are very nice and generous, we are vegan and they made special breakfast options for us, helped with everything we needed and also drove us from the port and back. Flexible check out time if possible. We had great time! Definitely recommend(:

I loved everything about this property, the room is very nicely done, very comfy bed, spacious, there is a sofa, big balcony, coffee machine with daily supply of capsules, tea and water, the shower is extremely nice and also the toiletries are 1st class, all made in Greece. The room is cleaned daily with daily change of bedding and towels. The breakfast is amazing, you will find everything there and their coffee is excellent as well as pastries and fruits. The staff is the best, they listen to any request and make sure they fulfill it. I am truly impressed by this place and will definitely come again! And also I forgot to mention the location of this property is perfect, close to Harbour and downtown. So I give it 20 out of 10
