The owner, Fotis, is very kind and very accommodating. It’s saved on my list for favourite places, for when I am back to Spetses!

It’s a beautiful hotel that feels like a home from the moment you walk in. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious. The pool area is very nice.

The hotel staff were extremely warm, welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived with our rather heavy luggage. The entire property, from pool to rooms, was spotless. The hotel rooms were decorated very nicely and once again, were absolutely spotless. The pool bar was lovely and peaceful, and the service amazing. Breakfast was delicious and with a wide range of food to choose from, including traditional Greek items. I was extremely impressed by this hotel!

The welcome basket was filled with Greek goodies. There was also complimentary juice. The apartment was very comfortable and equipped with washing machine and hair dryer. We had no problems with the hot water. The rooms were very clean. And the courtyard was really nice too. We would have our drinks out there in the evenings. But the best part of our whole stay was the amazing staff.

The hotel is fabulous!!! Great location- 5 minutes by foot to anything you might need on the island- the city beach, supermarket, bakery, restaurant, bus stop for other beaches, bike rentals, etc. And at the same time tucked into a quiet side street, providing no noise and peaceful balcony views and sleep. The staff is very helpful, kind and non intrusive. The sheets and towels are changed daily, rooms cleaned, water provided, and the AC works great! I cannot recommend this hotel enough! We had a perfect stay and since we were there for 12 nights they even upgraded our room for free!!!

Would not recommend this place enough, such a nice gem in the heart of Spetses.

Really nice and clean rooms. The patio was really nice, with a view of the ocean. As for the location, we got ATV to get around if not it is about 10 -15 min to everything.
